hiten55 Posted January 11, 2007 Share Posted January 11, 2007 Before you go and buy one, id suggest sending it back, Dead pixels is a grey area, some claim its a manufacturing defect, while manufacturers claim as there are over a million odd pixels on a screen, a few dead ones is acceptable as the screen consists of organic materials. But sony tend to be quite good at repairs or replacements with that kind of thing, rest assured it is nothing that you have done. or, buy your cousin a new one, take hers, and send it back to get repaired/replaced free of charge Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
