MrRalphMan
[qimg]http://www.speedtest.net/result/70429344.png[/qimg] Think I need to get an upgrade from pipex! £24 a month for 1mb is too much these days. That's who I was with, now I've moved to Sky BB Max package, it's much more fun being me.. Check the forums at http://www.adslguide.org for a better number to call to get your MAC from Pipex, if you are going to swap.

I was going to change to sky but heard about people having a lot of problems. Have you had any issues? Just looked on the sky website and think I might get the max package. What sort of speeds do you get?

imi
Not Bad Jamie....thats very quick. Mine - 8MB RADSL - quite surprised to see it just under 4MB/sec with the amount of noise I have on my line + distance from the exchange.

imi
thorin, what do you use for that upload? SDSL? mega money must be one poor connection if its SDSL. its definitely ADSL - he got the results inverted.
Marty
Mines only meant to be 1mb broadband so results arent too bad i guess
Ric
must be one poor connection if its SDSL. its definitely ADSL - he got the results inverted. SDSL is most common in 2meg applications. But the upstream & downstream would be the same, 2meg up 2meg down I was just wondering why his upload was 2meg as the most you can get out of normal ADSL at the minute is 448k upload.
