far
Anyone reccomend as site/shope where I can get a decent laptop for about 300-400 squids? It has to be able to connect to my lcd and have a decent sized screen to be able to watch movies etc, not too bothered about re-write capabilities or gaming but 60-80 gigs would be great. jamesmark
is that a problem? And if so why? - any tips what I should look out for? Yeah stay clear of Celeron, unless all your doing is using it for Word and internet, anything other than that Celeron is useless.
Konrad
Celerons not THAT bad at all, maybe those are slower then AMD or INTEL Pentiums CPUS, but they will not drain your battery in 2 hours time. http://www.ebuyer.co.uk is good site too. jamesmark
Celerons not THAT bad at all, maybe those are slower then AMD or INTEL Pentiums CPUS, Yeah they are, fine for booting up after that it's all down hill. lol Far a Celeron will handle word, net, downloading (as long as the P2P software is not processor hungry, and playing movies, although on the movies side you might get hic ups when you try to do 3 or more things when you are watching movies, just my opinion I aint a Celeron fan. Intel pentium M would be good aswell.
