I thought facelift headlights where glass, so whats the differance between facelift and j-pec

uk (glass) headlights and pre facelift (plastic) j-spec headlights both have the same markings on the lens, the only difference between them is one is glass and one is plastic (also the uk headlight has a electric adjuster on the back)

the facelift headlights are plastic, but there are less makings on the lenses, and the insides are a dark graphite grey colour

Any nearer to being able to glass front my facelifts? I asked the question a while ago and you weren't too sure, just wondered if it was something you would consider giving a go, I have facelifts and would happily chop a set of uk's for the glass.

i remember ;)

i'm actually doing a set this weekend for a member, the only way this can be done is to pull apart a set of facelift lights to get the inside (plastic chrome) part. the it need trimming and cutting to fit inside the uk light, that's the only way of doing this as they are very different in construction.

i'll let you know the outcome when they're finnished :)
