I have them but unfortunately, they read SPEE on the front and DO at the back due to the stretch! :D

:rlol: Although I have had to poke out my minds eye :D

Well I'm afraid to get on the scales, I tend to live in denial but 5ft10 and somewhere between 14 and 15 stone. Waist 34" chest "42.Definitely got to lose the 'verandah over the toyshop', so I'll join in. I guess I might summon up the courage to jump on the scales later.....maybe.

Is anyone gonna be going to the gym or doing aby sort of training?

Yup, re-joined the gym couple of days ago and first session booked for Sunday morning :) Gonna stop playing footie, my game tends to be a little physical and I can't really afford for anymore injuries\war wounds

All jokes aside, the only true way to lose weight (and keep it off) is not with silly "cabbage" diets or any other such stuff and nonsense. It is a relatively easy formula. You put in less calories than you expend - then you lose weight. Simple really eh? :)

Just depressed myself trying to determine what my healthy weight should be.

at 5' 11":

15st 5lb (my current weight) is classed as obese on BMI rating

12st 10lb is the upper limit for healthy

9st 7lb is the lower limit for healthy

obviously these figures don't take into account muscle mass, but boy was that a shock.

these bmi ratingswere introduced when rationing was in.now they mean bog all. i am classed overweight borderline obese yet carry approx 7% bodyfat. its more the muscle to fat ratio that counts not bodyweight /height
