garetheves
Just bought a new Wireless router for, primarily for my Wii. I made sure i got one with built in firewall so i can get rid of crappy software ones. Anyway, everythings set up and working fine but is there a way to check whether the firewall is actually working, like a site where i can remotedly ping my IP or something to test if its being blocked?? Branners
I seem to remember a thread from a while ago saying that its best not to rely on the firewall built in to the wireless routers. I would recommend having a software one as well as the inbuilt one. JB
Branners
http://www.auditmypc.com/security-scan.asp Im with NTL and it says Im using a proxy cache and so cannot continue. Anybody know a way round that as a few other sites have complained about the cache before. JB
