I can't see why you would run a road car on race fuel, unless you had it mapped at two levels and could easily switch between the two maps.

Who wants to sit in traffic wasting £3 a ltr race fuel while ticking over? Who would buy a road car that needed remapping before it could run on pump fuel?

If you're only going to be running 1.0 bar then you'll only see performance gains by running a bit more more timing advance - and the gains won't be all that much. It's never worth it.

jake its my weekend car i will only use race fuel to get more performance out of it, and keep spare race fuel in my unit..

this is what am intending to do send race fuel to wgt and get it mapped there and fill it up there to brim withg race fuel and when am at home and fancy a blast pour some race fuel in and enjoy.. and always use race fuel:)

Ask Anders at that company, but I would go for Sunoco Supreme, and have the extra margin of 114 octane, leaded. What ecu is on it? You might get through a couple of widebands if you do a lot of miles, and the ecu HAS to run closed loop, but compared to fuel costs it's neither here nor there. There may be legality implications with race fuel in road cars with emissions and tax.

I would ask someone more into turbo wankels than I am, maybe do a search on someone called Matt "The Hitman" who specializes in mapping rotaries in Oz, mainly on Haltec ecu's. I know N/A rotary race engines don't need much octane at all, but you need to see what an expert thinks a turbo rotary is best on. My only doubt is tip seals and lead or no lead. You need to ask Anders about the tax situation with his imported fuel, does it have road car duty paid on it, and are there any other gotchs, if this bothers you.

Pip Gardener at WGT is a good friend, if you get stuck I'll ask him what he uses, I know he's also an agent for Anders fuel.

This is the closest you will get to 'road legal' race fuel

I would not be too worried about running proper race fuel though it is not as if your going to get pulled and they test your fuel ... ;)
