AJI
Just start this morning but when my headlights (or side lights) are on and the brake pedal is pressed I get the left hand side rear brake light NOT working. But when the headlights and side lights are off then the brake light works again. I have the dashboard warning light come on when the brake light is not working and the master warning triangle is on ALL the time both when lights are on and when lights are off. Could this simply be a fuse that has gone? (Haven't had time to check it this morning before work). Cheers for any suggestions.

Soop Dogg
I agree with Wilfman. Take the rear lights out and clean up the bulb holders and the connections at the block connector inside the boot. Should sort it all out.
AJI
Thanx, I'll give that a go.
AJI
The strange gremlin turned out to simply be a burnt out light filament. I didn't realize they were DUAL FILAMENT bulbs which is why I couldn't work out why the brake light was coming on with headlights off. Fixed now
