Me too, and only £100 each for 255/40/17's (Fitted) which was cheaper than the price from mytyres at the time (Haven't looked recently)... They're also sticking quite nicely in these current conditions, and are quite predictable when the back starts to go, which is always nice!... I have 245/40 Z R18. Now are these front tyres supposed to be 40 walls on 18" wheels as i have 35 walls on the rears(they're also 18"s)??? Cable Posted December 26, 2006 Share Posted December 26, 2006 Bridgestones are very good, especially the newer RE050's which are an equal alternative to the Goodyear F1's. flyin_scouseman Posted December 27, 2006 Share Posted December 27, 2006 The S-02 are supposed to be a great wet and dry tyre with good aquaplaning resistance and looks like a damn fine tread pattern, so any bad points about them and i'll post on the forum They should be better than the worn Dunlops i have on the front at the moment as there ain't much decent tread left.... I found out that MyTyre's warehouse is in Germany thats why there is a 1 week delivery time, Price for 2x goodyear eagle f1's (275/35/18) £137 each delivered...about £90 cheaper than my local dealer...
