RedM
Dear God.... They are insane. I will never EVAR moan about the bit of mud that the local tractors leave again. ...and that monastery path! I saw that on TV once and vowed never to go there.

JohnA
Reminds me of the road in Santorini, going from the harbour up to the main town. The suicidal maniac driving the old, decrepit bus was going flat-out, wheels hanging over the cliff at times, opposite traffic taking evasive action at the last moment. Obviously he knew the road like the back of his hand. I was glad to be alive in the end, apparently that's what they do every day. Anyone who's seen the vertical cliffs will understand the horror. Never again. Next time I loaded my motorbike and rode from the ferry up. At least I had a choice whether to jump into the void or be squashed by a local bus nutjob.
