Ok... got a HKS FCD from uksupra.. cheers!

(now I know the HKS isn't regarded as good as the thor/greddy etc!)

The FCD has a dial on the front which goes from 1 to 12 and 4 wires.

I've done a bit of searching for the past few minutes on the forums looking for info. So far I've sussed out that the dial needs to be set to 9. (is this right??)

The FCD has a red, black, yellow and white wire. I assume the red and black are positive and earth. What about the white and yellow? Where do these connect to??

Also where do the red and black connect to ? To a switched live and earth or points on the ECU wires??

Any help much appreciated! If this info has already been posted, then sorry!! ... but I did search! :innocent:

ok... so 9 is the correct setting??

Also how to you get access to the ECU? It says go in from the passenger side, but is that on an American car?? Can't you just get access from removing the stereo etc?

The ECU is in the passenger footwell, lift up the carpet and you'll find a black plastic cover, remove botls and you'll find the ECU under there, it is the RHS metal box.

See FCD instructions attached.
