Nick
I had my Supe abroad for a year and didn't bothered, didn't bother with a GB sticker either. I hate stickers I was only stopped once by plod and they were only interested in looking for drugs.
annan
I took my supra to France for a few days. Didn't bother with headlight tapes, as I didn't drive at night- didn't bother with a GB sticker as it looked pants. No problems with the French cops
JohnK
Where would you put the stickers on supra headlights, being almost all clear glass there is nothing to align them to? I need to sort something out for my headlights as Im off to scandinavia in a few weeks and have to have the headlights on all day.
Castle
on my pre facelift it has the markings, just took them all off for the facelift but you should be able to work it out by parking in front of a wall at night. It's only to stop blinding people
Guest cptsideways
Black vinyl insulation tape over the marked areas, cheap & works & too & comes off
lust2luv
I've just got back from 11 days driving around Europe. Legally you need the headlight converters, even if only driving by day - suppose if you got stopped by a jobsworth cop for another reason they could do you for them. Also I believe it may invalidate your insurance or lead to prosecution in the event of an accident where they could state that as a contributory factor. For £6-7 it's not worth the potential hassle of not bothering IMHO - although good luck working out where to stick 'em (the Halfrauds guide is bewildering - 100 different options with none specifically for the Supra)! I used a £1 self adhesive GB window sticker - no mess and looks kinda cool in the top middle of the rear window - still got it on now actually.
