AP six pot pads for sale, new, various compounds.

Clearing last years race parts, I have found several sets of AP Racing pads for their 6 pot calipers commonly used as brake upgrades on some of the heavier road cars. I have Mintex and Performance Friction and Pagid compounds at £120 a set plus P&P. A BIG saving on even trade price. All brand new and untouched. E-mail please, for compounds and availability at [email protected] No calipers, sorry.

Chris, what do you recommend for daily driving with occasional high speed autobahn blasts and 6-8 weekends over the summer at the Ring? I've heard the 3000s will eat rotors quickly and produce a lot of dust that will eat nice wheels. I don't have a set of track wheels.

Thanks,

Mike

edit - I have the 13.5 inch set, not the 14 inch as stated above. Further details in this thread: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=109559&page=2

All race pads dust to some extent. PF dust is pretty harmless, I have never had reports of it sintering into the wheel finish. 93 and 01 compounds are very similar for what you wish to do. they won't have too much bite, nor are any of the PF compounds particularly disc aggressive. Mind you, lapping the `Ring and brake wear are not mutually compatible bedfellows, really :)

Oye! I'll see you in your manual fading off in my rear view this next trip mate. I've purchased a bit of upgrades since last time and I won't be on bald tires either. LOL. That said, I wish it was a manual, then I'd be leaving you in the first 6 turns. :duel:

:D

Bring on February when the 2008 public dates should be out. ;)
