CardiffSupra
Just went for a quick spin, Opend the hood and spotted the rad a wet. Looks like the seal has broke on the top part of the rad. What are my options? Rad weld any good?
Jake
The plastic top tank will have cracked. Common fault. Don't use RadWeld. Get a replacement radiator.

psymon
Couple of hours work, including Tea, biscuits and a few Fags. Once the pipes are disconnected, and the Fan shroud removed, its a staright out job.. Swap Fan over, and stick new on in. Bleed system job done. No bumper can stay on.. psymon
I replaced, my Rad with a Koyo, and put off fitting it for bout 2 months, cause I thought it would be a job and a half. Couln't have been more wrong... One of the easier jobs to do. Best of luck with the search for a new one and fitting Si
Sheefa
I don't think Chris found the fitment of my Koyo Rad easy to do Si! Then again, I had all sorts of problems. I believe my car is the child of the devil himself. It truly is jinxed.
CardiffSupra
what happened last time? Bottom part of the rad cracked, Took it to a garage and they sent it off to be refurbished, cost around 280 quid. Might as well get a new one. Roughly how much are they? recommend an upgraded rad?
