jonshaw_uk
i dont know if this is just me or whether im not use to driving a supra (n/a manual) but when i go to pull of unless the revs are about 2k then the car jedders and makes a weird noise from the back end like im wheel spinning. If i rev at over 2k and pull off i have no noises or judders. I didnt remember this happening when i drove my dads before. It only happens in 1st gear and reverse. Has anybody got any ideas??? thanks
osso
dodgy clutch, its probably worn, warped or you've got some crap on the flywheel maybe grease which causing part of the fly wheel to heat up giving you an uneven contact between the flywheel and clutch
jonshaw_uk
thanks for the advice, how would i check the flywheel to see if there is a problem with it? The car has only done 48k miles would the clutch have gone? If so how much would i be looking at to replace it? thanks

Need4Speed
Clutch could easily go with that mileage. I guess it's a gearbox out job (better than an engine out job).
