JustGav
Had to be done, I asked if I could pick it up since Dorset is only down the road *grin*
CJ
They do it to not pay so much in Ebay charges as they are related to the final selling price.
JustGav
In the unlikely event that items are significantly not as described I will accept returns made within 7 days. This excludes all postage costs. This is unlikely as I try to be very accurate with my descriptions!! Reading that is scummy, because the item might not work and he can be fully legal by saying, I refunded what they paid minus postage... Now that is naughty. I didn't read any further than the first part.
JustGav
Now that is naughty. I didn't read any further than the first part. Yeah, that is what I thought actually when I read the bottom, that is as bad as selling an empty box..

Gamer
I am pretty sure that it is against ebay rules to do as he has done. Report him if it bothers you enough.
JamesG
By the way, it's a great phone! A bit off-topic but I fitted a new bluetooth Sony headunit today and my w850i streams music over bluetooth to it. I'll never have to burn another CD again
hogmaw
A lot of ebay traders do the same thing, this is just hugely exaggerated. Many buyers sort the listings out by 'Lowest Price First' so the 'low' initial price helps get the item to the top of the list. Meanwhile the high postage price acts like a reserve so the seller gets the price they want.
michael
Another one breaking the rules: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/listing-shipping.html There is a "Report" link at the bottom, click it and enter the item number, job done (apart from the fact eBay will ignore it). michael
I'm after the 02 XDA Atom Exec Mark, very nice piece of kit, I currently have the XDA IIi but it's bulky - good screen size though, I'll miss that aspect of it. I'm also considering an E-Ten Glofiish X500, seems nice and compact.
