CardiffSupra
The car went for a service the other day all was fine, untill the next day when it wasnt running on all cilenders. My coilpack connecters were fecked and basicly held in by nothing. I just moved the car into the garage for more light and fitted my new connecters but now the car isnt starting at all. Im turing the key and its just a click and a 'Duuuurrrrr' Sound. I'v been getting this when its very cold but it always started. Are the wires suppoed to go all the way through the cp connecters? I cant seem to get them through. Quick advice needed. Thanks.
Robert
yeah they should 'click into place' you sure you have the wires the right way around?

LuxobargeTT
A 'click' and 'durrrrrrrrr' sounds like flat battery/starter motor fault
Robert
Yeah it does sound like a weak/ flat battery, im sure its not related to the coil pack connectors as if you have the wires the correct way round then it should start, unless you didn't push the wires properly and they aren't making contact at all, but i'd check the battery first.
