Trader Pimping in Sigs

Recommending a trader when someone asks for recommendations is rather different to having someone advertising traders everytime they post.

 

I like seeing links to peoples cars, garage, other interests, etc in sigs, but having to wade through pages of advertising can be rather annoying.

 

I can understand traders wanting to put in addresses and things, but pages of specials, etc thats what their section is for.

 

Its becoming like TV, very shortly we are going to have popup advertising, then between every post... May as well just let us put pictures in our sigs and then we can really start to advertise things.

 

Its a discussion group, not an advertising magazine...

I wish Mawby could introduce some kinda forum hack where you could choose to hide some people's Sigs. It's all very well turning them off for everyone but sometimes they contain useful info.
