Max Headroom
Why is it that folk want to go at silly leptons, anything from 100 to 170 on a public road ? Is there any reason why or is it a case of my danglies are bigger than yours?

Cable
Nothing to do with the size of my danglies mate. Human nature maybe? Why do test pilots do what they do?

Cable
I'm not sure what the point is in having a car like a Supra and not driving it fast? Maybe the people who don't drive it fast have got dangly issues?
Nick
That's what the car was designed for, it's an awesome autobahn stormer, and it does it with ease. When I worked in Europe I used to look forward to the drive home after a weekend in the UK. When it's late at night, there's no traffic on the road, and you're averaging 140mph, and off the clock on the straights, you really appreciate the car. You also get a new appreciation for the cost of petrol, but it's worth every penny. What's the point in having a Supra and only using it weekends to drive to a car park and discuss you're latest 'bling' addition to the engine bay? ivan
Only time I can't get away with driving fast is when "She" is with me. I'm too afraid of losing my danglies then...

Cable
To see if new designs of aeroplane work? and maybe something to do with they like speed and love to push things that little bit further? I'm talking about jet fighter pilots and stuff by the way.
Carl
I guess anyone who buys a fast road car must buy it mainly cos it goes fast otherwise what would be the point. A sports car is designed to be driven fast otherwise you may as well buy yourself a Ford fiest or something else to while away the miles in. Thats not to say you have to exceed the speed limits of course. Getting up to them quickly is just as much fun and dont forget more accidents happen overtaking. With a lesser powered vehicle, you are in that danger area for longer hence a higher chance of not making the overtake safely. Of course from a point of view of complete safety we should never even set foot inside a fast car then we could never go too fast. Guest Nicholas
Beacuse no matter what problems you have after a blast in the Supra they all go away
SUPRASUZUKI
Maybe it's because they haven't had the experience of a high speed accident and can't afford (or just don't want to do) track days.
