RedM
I just want to borrow it for as short a time as possible. Maybe only an hour. I want to measure my GPS speed against the speedo reading. I'm convinced I'm under-reading. Anyone?

RedM
I have one, you can't borrow it though. Can you not sit in the passenger seat with it thereby allowing me to take my readings whilst not actually borrowing it? I obviously cannot help but it would be very unusual to be under reading. I think I meant over read. 30 on the speedo is actually more like 27-28mph.

DaveK
You do know that speedo's usually over-read and are not 100% accurate? My Supra speedo is about 10% out - but so is my Porsche one. 100mph on the 964 speedo is about 93mph, and 110mph seemed to be about 100mph last week. RedM
I have 3 that can be used. Are you busy this weekend? I'll come over to yours and take up as little time as it takes to measure different speeds.

RedM
I have one, you can't borrow it though. Just decided that, as you are being a misery, I'm going to take back that lift I gave you. So, get your shoes on. I'm going to pick you up, take you into Leeds and you can make your own way home. So there.....

Mike Used to live there mate (and rawdon - next to the park), my son still lives there as do my parents and brothers so I will be visiting them with festive cheer - if you are in the area next week then give me a shout - I am planning on heading to the woodside on friday for a pint (or 3)
