Castle Posted May 27, 2004 Share Posted May 27, 2004 Just been having a look at my air filter and it's filthy for one but anyway it's a Gracer Airinx which as far as i can work out is a GReddy, anyone know any more about these?? and if they are crap which replacement shall i get? and a panel filter as well? Faye Posted May 27, 2004 Share Posted May 27, 2004 I'm sure I've been told that replacing the stock air filter on the NA with an aftermarket one creates a bit of a flat spot around 4k revs. I'll happily be shot down in flames, I'm not a technical soul. Rip it off, looks cleaner, I know it "might" be an issue with a turbo'd car, but I can see that it will make a huge difference to a NA. Still no one has really tested have they............
