Guest swansea_lad Posted December 12, 2006 Share Posted December 12, 2006 so i go to Uni in CA. basically ive gotten really into supras since my roomate and best friend has had a MKIII for past 3 years. He rebuilt the original USDM 7mgte engine with the stock TT. they blew and basically he bought a JDM front end with the real deal 2JZ motor. not only that but he swooped in on a free deal with a shop that supplied him with a new Single Turbo conversion kit for his new JZ engine. hes got a couple days of work and this thing will be lightening quick once done. basically since im from UK i want to find out what are the UK supra enges? do they use the same as japans JZ or do they have the same as USA 7mgte version? lets hope its the JZ huh? thanks for help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(2JZ-GE in the NA and 2JZ-GTE in the TT) The UK spec MkIV Supra engine is 99% identical to the US spec.
