Ian W
as a self confessed 'watch-snob' if there is such a thing i've never really liked Seiko watches. i have to say however that this model in particular is by far the nicest they've made imo and a pretty good buy if i may say so. It seems you lack both taste and the ability to shop around for a decent price
Ian W
It seems you lack both taste and the ability to shop around for a decent price taste? how dare you mr canny! i said it was the best watch Seiko have made........although i think i'll stick to my Omega thanks price wise, i have to admit i don't know what these currently go for but when i was selling them (a good while ago now) they were getting on for £300 iirc. Gamer
They seem to be going for £350 after VAT, actually if you shop around a bit you can get it for £320 all in. http://www.precisiontime.co.uk/seiko-snl001-arctura-kinetic-chronograph-gents-watch-p-431.html Nice watch, but not my style. Ian W
They seem to be going for £350 after VAT nah, you can get them less than that mate. ~£280 seems to be a fairly common price point for them but that's still a decent saving at £200. (of course ebay might get one cheaper but i never have and never will trust ebay)
Dragonball
It seems you lack both taste and the ability to shop around for a decent price Actually have to say it's a bloody nice watch - although not to my taste... Micheal you appear off-sorts this morning and this does not become you - might I suggest a nap might improve your mood?
imi
looks like a nice watch, good luck with the sale.
michael
Actually have to say it's a bloody nice watch - although not to my taste... I share your thoughts, the quality of these watches is excellent for the money, the styling is a little too modern though IMO. Micheal you appear off-sorts this morning and this does not become you - might I suggest a nap might improve your mood? I've had a little sleep, I feel better now, thanks. BTW this is a good price for those people who (rightly) shy away from online auction sites, my comments above should have been clearer.
carl0s
I don't like quartz watches either really, although I had a mecha-quartz IWC GST which used a stepper-motor driven mechanical movement by JLC, which is quite different. I like automatics though.

Ian W
i think Paul may appreciate us leaving this 'for sale' thread now even though he has been top of the 'other items' section since he posted ps nice breitling, would love a breitling emergency watch just to show off with but i reckon i'd probably unscrew the crown and pull the cord one night when drunk
Gaz Walker
Breitling rules. That watch watch would be a nice "daily driver" though Gaz.
