Jake
Has Middle Park Way been moved to Havant then? (Middle Park Way is in Leigh Park but some folks who live there give their address as Middle Park Way, Havant because they don't want people thinking they live on the Leigh Park housing estate - even though they do)
Charlotte
A lot like when people say they live in Portchester when it's actually Paulsgrove.

Anyway, if there's a white Supe with white wheels down MPW it's altogether possible that it's been driven to Havant, some Supe's actually start and don't keep blowing up you know Jake! Jake
A lot like when people say they live in Portchester when it's actually Paulsgrove. Yeah. I had a customer who gave her address as "Lime Grove, Cozzam" (You know how some people think it's posh to call Cosham 'Cozzam'?). I wouldn't have laughed if it wasn't for the fact the Lime Grove isn't even in Cosham - it's in Paulsgrove! And a woman I worked with, who also lived in Paulsgrove, used to say "overlooking Port Solent" if anyone asked where she lived! some Supe's actually start and don't keep blowing up you know Jake! Fair point, well made
Charlotte
And a woman I worked with, who also lived in Paulsgrove, used to say "overlooking Port Solent" if anyone asked where she lived! Classic! It happens in Gosport too (although admitting to anywhere in Gosport is a fairly big no no in itself). I was selling a property in Rowner the other day and the women rang and dropped into the conversation she lived close to Alverstoke!! Yeah, you probably do but it's not your postal address you dappy tart.
Gaz6002
There is a white N/A around that area, owned by Charlton on here iirc

I used to do my community service at a place called Bridgemary which is near Gosport - that was pretty rough too.

Rowner is the ex-naval and council estate type place where some of the flats are still £40k Bridgemary is definitely rough but again, there are so ok bits on the outskirts. Next lesson on Gosport entitled 'Why do so many people have mobility buggies when they are almost always 30 something and perfectly capable of walking' will be tomorrow.
