hogmaw
I'm getting some fitted at Paul Whiffin's this week as his is the best deal round London. Remember to factor in travel etc from where you are based, unless you're fitting yourself.

Gamer
Not trying to take food from the mouths of the UK traders on here but you would have to be a bit of a fool not to take advantage of the low dollar right now. Personally I would try purchasing a set from the States if you are trying to save a few quid. MVP sell the Tein comfort sports for under $1300 (£670) Tein flex is $1500 (£765) EDFC is $350 (£178) http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/Templates/frmTemplateM7.asp?SubFolderID=209&SearchYN=N If UK trader or Nic can beat that then more power to them
Nic
.....or Nic can beat that then more power to them The HK$ is pegged to the US$, so equally as good exchange rates from here too

That would explain the great price you gave me on the shift knob. And here I was thinking you just liked me
Dragonball
Also (in fairness) the 'comfort' is not a dampening adjustable coilover (?) and the weight of shipping of the superstreets etc makes them more expensive than the UK 'lot' Well it did when I looked at them before... Also - you do get the UK warranty and assurances etc I know you have a dodgy accent Joe - and would love to buy British really

Best to speak with him about that though. As far as shipping is concerned. I would not be surprised at all if the shipping charge was at or around the same to send it from the States as it would be here domestically. The dollar is weak and shipping charges in this country have always been on the high side. (I am talking about fully insured postage) Again, I am not trying to steal a sale from the hardworking UK traders. I am just highlighting another option that he could take. Tricky-Ricky
The painful bit is the tax and duty charges on stuff coming in from the states, i have never had anything through hasn't cost! but no problems from Japan.
Gamer
Have you ordered from MVP at all in the past ? Dusty is very 'flexible' on the shipping invoice if you catch my drift. Christ I am starting to sound like an MVP fanboy but really I am not. I just like to get a decent deal whenever possible...
