Supra_Nish
There are a fair few on ebay, and I'm pretty sure we all know when it falls out of bargain territory into just another second hand unit area. Hmm, Gamer, you have one already right? Could i trouble you for a copy of the NAV disc?

Cheers Perks of being an Auto Electrician-I'm told it was brought back unfitted as the voice recognition chip was broke. Gamer
Hmm, Gamer, you have one already right? Could i trouble you for a copy of the NAV disc? I have the Avic-X1R version I can knock you out a copy of the 2006 disc, as I have done for others, for £20 to cover the costs of the 2 blank dual layer DVD's needed and postage and packing. Much appreciated mate, i know its cheeky but i'll bother u for a copy if i buy this. Might have to give it a miss though, i've been informed it will hit the gearstick when the screen unfolds! Might have to give it a miss though, i've been informed it will hit the gearstick when the screen unfolds! Do you have an Auto ? Mine just clears the lever when it is in D so can operate normally. It is not bad at all really, for the features and options that come with this unit it is worth 1-2 seconds more of my time before I leave or park up. In fact I think mine only hits because it is not located in the standard location which people normally install a 1 din unit. Normally they would place it in the top half of the area where the stock unit was and use the lower half as a cubby hole or for other electronics. Well mine is mounted in the lower half of the stock location and I have 3 small gauges in my top half. So I cannot see how anyone mounting it in the top half would have any problem.
