SupraStar 3000
Always liked some of the old songs when I was a youngster and decided to buy the "Best of Album" today. Just one question, what does "depeche mode" actually mean? and whilst we are on the subject, what does "scissor sisters" mean? I was told it was a sexual position with legs wide open, hence the name. Mike
Depeche Mode means literally "fast fashion" in french, the exact words are Dêpèche Mode(note the french orthographical marks). They chose the name from an actual french mode magazine, they just simply picked the name because it sounds good.
