Pete
I've not got the parts software installed and I'm just trying to establish if there were any differences is Auto Diff casings throughout the range. ie. a '95 auto diff same as my '97 vvti tip? Anyone kind enough to look it up for me? Thanks.

Impossible to tell from the EPC as there is no part number for just the casing, there are part numbers for all the internals or for the complete assembly. The 95 auto and 97 tip have different part numbers for the assembly, but this could be just down to internal differences. The info on the TRD site would suggest that the casings are the same, see here: http://trdparts.jp/english/parts_lsd_mechanical.html
merckx
Just beat me. I couldn't see a part number just for the casing. There's just a part number for the complete diff which does change from 95 to 97, part numbers for all the internal bits but not one for the casing. There's one for the rear cover which is identical. colsoop
I reckon if there isn't a seperate part number then it is more than likely the same part ?
