michael
Just thought I'd share one of my first IR photographs, I've included one taken without the Infra red filter for comparison and the IR pic before I changed it to greyscale. I'm still learning and need to sort of the 'blur' effect it's giving despite a tripod but I quite like the effect.
Thorin
Crap. Only kidding, I've been thinking of getting an infrared filter for mine. Hoya?
Rico2006
I was expecting the heat source style pictures like in predator. What an IR do over a red filter then? Regardless, nicely framed picture.
colsoop
Nice work, what is causing the blur ? I think Sky shots with the IR filter look amazing.

michael
What an IR do over a red filter then? This explains it better than I can... http://dpfwiw.com/ir.htm
michael
Nice work, what is causing the blur ? To allow enough light in you need a fairly long shutter speed, this explains the blur on the water, grass, trees and sky but I can't explain the building, I blame my lack of ability for that
michael
I like. Where is that? Bolton Abbey near where I grew up, went for a drive a few weeks ago and ended up there. http://www.boltonabbey.com Nice little place apart from all the tossers like me trampling around Has a section of river called "The Strid" where people die now and again.
