DamanC
Cheers Alf, ive been hammering the search button and i think i can say the more pronounced flutter is normal Im aware of the error 42, ive just never got round to fixing it.......yet! Its the concern of holding 4k for 5 seconds with the engine management commin on. I should add that on WOT or a gradual increase in RPM in D or 2 shows no engine management light

I should add that on WOT or a gradual increase in RPM in D or 2 shows no engine management light Sounds like a similiar problem that Dave was having. Here is his rectification thread. Is sounds the same IMO: EDIT: The quote I posted was shite (now removed from this thread), as it appears the guy was inputing twin signals in to one wire - not good! The answer is contained within this thread somewhere Daman - let me read it a bit more mucka http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=72588&highlight=code
DamanC
Ah yes i remembered that, i wasnt aware that it was comming on at the 4k mark for others either. I can breathe a sigh of relief and i think i can now safely say project bling pipes and induction kit was a success Thanks Alf and everyone else, remind me at the next show that i owe you all a drink
SupraAyf
Daman, It sounds as if posts 67 and 74 of the link below should resolve the issue. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=72588&highlight=code The possibilities are: 1. Reset ECU to ensure the issue is not just a temporary bug! 2. Reinstall your speed de-limiter to make sure that all connections have been done correctly. 3. Concuct the procedures as per post 67 & 74 mate - not hard! cheers mucka:)

DamanC
Ta very much fellas Christ on a bike Gary, yours is rather shiney Tis very nice Yours too Andrew, tell me something, who makes your splitter? Next Bling will be the FMIC pipes, but for now i think id quite like a bling pipe for the induction pipe.......do they do them?
SupraAyf
Ta very much fellas Yours too Andrew, tell me something, who makes your splitter? Damam, it's a Bomex Type-2 splitter mate. It looks very good on the car IMHO and would be great for blending too. It is a little lower than what you can see in my gargage pic as my drive arches away from the car; making it look higher than what it is! Next Bling will be the FMIC pipes, but for now i think id quite like a bling pipe for the induction pipe.......do they do them? I'm the same as the plastic pipe looks crap. Mine is going in to the local designer this week to be 'spray chromed'. This means that I get an exact fit and it looks 100% bling too - better than any ali-chromed pipe IMO. I'll send a pic your way when its done yeh!
