Bob
Cheers Rob I've learnt that Scotch and ignorance may keep you warm and blissful, but they're not much craic when it comes to suspension!
Homer
Another question: on the rear shocks I have foam / rubber thingys that fit inside the rubber sheath, yet on the front I have none. Sould there be some on the front as well? Yes you should defintely have some, in fact i think its very important they're there (Chris Wilson said so once ). They're slightly different to the rears, smaller, black in colour and much stiffer.

Sould there be some on the front as well? They are the bump stop rubbers, they should be on both front and rear, although they differ in size and stiffness, maybe colour, too, but I can't remember. They aren't that dear from Toyota and UK ones will fit J-Spec cars just fine. You should really get some if they are missing.

I just got a full kit from him (you'd never guess ) at 25% less than the best UK prices.
