Thanks you for the Heads up Nic, (I appreciate your reply)

Unfortunately the only Instructions they have on the APEXi web site is either http://www.apexi-usa.com/pdfInstallation/8.pdf or http://www.apexi-usa.com/pdfInstallation/7.pdf neither of which seem to be anything but older instructions for fitting

Everythings fitted, there is no problems, they seem to be doing what there supposed to be but, what button presses does what etc on the controller? is there explanation of features ?

all i can find is The EL II System Meters are the newest addition to the EL meter lineup. The 60mm (2.36 inch) System Meters utilize a centralized control unit which constantly monitors the movement of all the gauges. The control unit can activate the memory replay, warning, and peak hold functios with just on touch. The syncronized memory playback funcion was designed exclusively so that drivers did not need to individually start each meter before a race. A high speed CPU processor ensures accurate monitoring every time. The main control unit can accomodate up to 6 meters. This gives the user unprecedented flexability to decide what meter to add and how many. All meters come with a multi angle stand to allow easy reading from any vantage point. Since the main processor is not inside of the meter itself, A'pex engineers were able to slim down the meter housing so that it can be mounted vertually anywhere inside the cockpit. The high speed control unit processor also eliminates excess wires between the meter and unit. The EL backlit face uses a fresh new design that is easy to read.

I just wondered if anyone else had the same meters and controller and could shed some light.

cheers jamie

I have 4 of these gauges in my supe, easy to use the meters have a peak record and warning level settings.

Warning is done pression "warn" and then "select" to select the gauge you want to adjust (you know which gauge is selected as the red warning led on the gauge will light up). Once selected use the up and down arrows to set the warning level required, max boost, oil temp etc, then press "warn" again.

I have a spare manual in english you would like me to post one to you..? You get 1 manual per gauge, so I have 5 manuals (one in control box)

FANTASTIC

I would be very greatful, although they are very easy to use etc (interested in the replay function etc)

it would be great to get a manual in english (I could swap 1 too if anyone would like a japanese version, I have 4).

at least i can add the english version to my ongoing project folder.

[PM'd you details]

Hey G-Nemie, I'm looking to buy the same set of EL gauges and control. Can you tell me where you got yours from? Thanks.

Unfortunatley not , Corn (Cornimac) had purchased them about 9 months ago , and we never had time to fit them until i bought the car from him.

they do look really sweet though (especially at night) and seem to be accurate

Nic will have a good price im sure
