Jezz
Apparently this is now worthy of negative feedback, despite me following my side of the bargain perfectly well. Just because you tried to buy my silence and ask me not to leave feedback so that your 100% is not affected. So then then, that how you maintian it you sly *cough* person. Buy your silence? You paid £140 originally for that 'Broken' spoiler, which included postage. So i refund you £150 to cover your postage for it back to us. So how come you're out of pocket? I'll tell you why. A:How come on our original trader application you were the only one that left negative comments about us EVEN though you'd never actually had ANY dealings with us Daman? B:The spoiler came back to me in the same condition i posted it out in, not perfect, slight stress fracture and thats it, which leads me to believe that you sir, always actually intended for this to happen? C:I tried to buy your silence? I doubt that. I knew you would leave a negative comment on the iTrader system so left you negative in return as I, as the seller would like to warn other traders that you are quite possibly the worst customer i've ever encountered. D: My iTrader rating is true to what it says, up until your negative it was 100% positive. Since being authorised to trade on here, i've had 467 deals with 350 members. What does that say about repeat business and my customer service? Up until today out of those 467 deals, i've had 3 bad ones where i was not up to scratch. One of those is yours, both of the others turned out to be easily rectifiable. Hell i've even given away parts free to some members!! So Daman as per your 'SLY' comment, you're wrong, as you'll find you're the only really dissatisfied customer i've ever had on here. And i intend to keep it that way. carl0s
I don't think it's fair that one side of the feedback gets removed and not the other. Surely if the feedback is going to be removed, then it gets removed on both parts? Or should I just keep out of it?

That's what happens on ebay and I hate it, you leave neg feedback, the seller the does the same as he's pissed off but then offers you the option of removing the whole thing to protect your feedback rating, great you think but he then gets away with the whole thing (not saying that's what happened here!) but I knew you would leave a negative comment on the iTrader system so left you negative in return
DamanC
Jez im interested to why you were unhappy at the way I handled this whole escapade? You know i kept my side of the bargain. Ok lets have a maths lesson Jez, got the abacus ready? The spoiler was £120. You charged me for postage £20 I sent it back to you at a cost of £14.23 Total due £154.23 This amount was requested via PM as a cheque so that i didnt loose out on Paypal Fees. My refund £150 Misus paypal fees -£5.30 Total refunded £144.70 Difference £9.53 Buy your silence? You paid £140 originally for that 'Broken' spoiler, which included postage. So i refund you £150 to cover your postage for it back to us. So how come you're out of pocket? I'll tell you why. A:How come on our original trader application you were the only one that left negative comments about us EVEN though you'd never actually had ANY dealings with us Daman? Jez you original Trader feedback you were left negative feedback because if you rember when braking IANK's car you f*cked me about when trying to buy some dash pannels (dated 13-04-06 onwards). After promising me a set and numerous chase up PM's and replying in your threads, you simply ignored me. Great customer service there again. Even thou nothing was evetually brought we still had dealings. I could have left you negative I trader, in theory i could have been entitled to, but i thought id give you the benifit of the dowbt. B:The spoiler came back to me in the same condition i posted it out in, not perfect, slight stress fracture and thats it, which leads me to believe that you sir, always actually intended for this to happen? Yes Jez, i really wanted for all this Refuring you back the begining of this all you described the spoiler as "spoiler is ok, just has a slight crack in the paint". Not "a stress fracture" as you now call it. For you information its actually a crack in the seam. http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/5852/imgp1221sizeug4.jpg http://img361.imageshack.us/img361/8851/imgp1222sizekm4.jpg http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/7117/imgp1223sizewz8.jpg http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/7827/imgp1224sizeas4.jpg That in my book looks f*cked! Perhaps the other side panel was the one with a slight crack in the paint? http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/7403/imgp1227sizews0.jpg Oh no, that coulnt be it as its got a chnk missing out of it! http://img220.imageshack.us/img220/5085/imgp1228sizedq7.jpg C:I tried to buy your silence? I doubt that. I knew you would leave a negative comment on the iTrader system so left you negative in return as I, as the seller would like to warn other traders that you are quite possibly the worst customer i've ever encountered. Your man on the phone said, once ive paypaled you £150 we dont want to hear any bad mouthing on the forum. What do you call that? Do you really think im going to say "No, im going to leave bad feedback but still give me my money"? I could have started a thread about about your cowboy antics, i didn't, i left you an I Trader feedback which everyone can see is perfectly fair, was asked for, and your potential customers could see this and be glad that ive done this. Im sure no other person would want to go through this. So come on then, why am i the worst customer you have ever had? What have i done wrong my end? Payed you √ Told you that you have sold me a fecked spoiler √ Asked for a refund √ Called your collegeue Steve √ Called him again √ Chased him √ Chasing again √ And again √ oh and again √ Shutting up about my dealings with your company X For the record i also do not appreicate your gobby collegue phoning me up after leaving your feedback bad mouthing me. D: My iTrader rating is true to what it says, up until your negative it was 100% positive. Since being authorised to trade on here, i've had 467 deals with 350 members. So Daman as per your 'SLY' comment, you're wrong, as you'll find you're the only really dissatisfied customer i've ever had on here. And i intend to keep it that way. Im perfectly aware of your past tradings here, which i why i felt confident on purchasing parts from you. I cirtainly didnt expect this. Just goes to show when somthing doesnt go your way how jekyll and hyde you are, despite you saying "I've never gone sour on a deal and will always sort problems out". All this esculation has been down to you, if you had orginally accepted you were in the wrong in the first place and simply refunded me what you owed me in day one then you would have not wound up witht he now fair feedback. DamanC
I Have just recieved a paypal payment of £20 from Jez to cover my costs and as a good will gesture enough to cover a few beers too. Jez has explained that he does not deal with refunds and that thats down to the "stuburn" Steve i have been speaking to. I think i can safely say this is now done and dusted. OK, other than to resurrect an 11 month old thread, what exactly was the point of the post? Care to explain what is it supposed to mean?
