michael
why is Jazz1 banned? I'm not sure if it's for trying to rip members off or for being an obnoxious little shite, either way 24 hours isn't long enough.

Thorin
Could you break it down? http://www.jamesharrisgallery.com/Artists/Mark%20Mumford/BreakItDown.jpg He posted them for sale on ebay, then proceeded to up the bids with another of his own accounts. Then slagged off other members when they stated that wasn't really fair.

wkdtime
TBH, when i first used Ebay to sell something i forgot to set a reserve and was absolutely bricking it as i only had a few hours left and the price it was going for was way below what i wanted it to go for, so i had a mate bid on it for me upto the reserve i had in mind. Yup it was pathetic and wrong, but i seriously forgot to set a reserve and didn't know what else to do....My bad bigtime. Phew, glad i got that off my chest. Charlotte
Just slightly worse than getting your mates to do it eh. Exactly what I was going to say, or something like that. It's common practice on ebay these days isn't it? Although perhaps mostly people are a little less obvious about it. (just going from Thorin's break down by the way, haven't actually read the thread).

Rayman
Didn't know i could do that at the time. I cant believ ebay let you place 2 different bids from the same Ip address, surely they shud have some system to stop this, and only one ebay account per person! It wasn't from the same ip adress, it was a mates. But i see what you mean, it would be a good function to incoperate within Ebay.
