No engine or tranny, but everything else available, car had a front-ender so you can imagine the damage!

Most parts ready to go, make your list here:

I reckon someone should pop round to his house and make sure there's not a doorstep full of milk and papers sitting there!!

I sent a PM last night and it was read this morning but I haven't had a reply yet.

I need this engine ASAP!

Considering the facts:

1) I am a teacher and work from 7am to 4.30pm every day at least!

2) Only one company I can use will post an engine, and they often will not pick up at 4:00 ish due to other pick-ups.

3) I was paid on friday - so that is a week, for a turn around, the engine is ready to go, so will be in situ by start of next week.

4) I only can dismantle a car at the weekend, due to not having a workshop.

5) I suggest if people cannot be patient, considering I have a full time job, they can have there money back and source elsewhere - traders will charge you a lot more!

6) The engine has over £600 of extras on so its a bit of a deal! I sold it for only a bit more than that and considering what is used, there is plenty of things left to make money. If that bothered I will wire the money back and strip it myself and make some money that way.

7) I thankyou for your patience.

8) I apologise for the shortness of this message, but consider my position.

:p No jokes about teachers having no work to do, I will shove an exam paper up thier ****

I'm sorry. That is not my problem

See above. You offered to send it out and took the money for carriage.

3) I was paid on friday - so that is a week, for a turn around, the engine is ready to go, so will be in situ by start of next week.

I paid you via bank transfer on the Tuesday morning after the sale was agreed.

4) I only can dismantle a car at the weekend, due to not having a workshop.

See answer to 1

I bought the engine in good faith and consider a week long enough to wait for delivery. The fact that it still hasnt left your premises yet means it will be at least 1.5 weeks. Moaning now about the prices is silly. You were happy with the deal and happy to accept payment.

6) The engine has over £600 of extras on so its a bit of a deal! I sold it for only a bit more than that and considering what is used, there is plenty of things left to make money. If that bothered I will wire the money back and strip it myself and make some money that way.

See above. Stop whingeing and conclude the deal.

7) I thankyou for your patience.

It is rapidly running out.

8) I apologise for the shortness of this message, but consider my position.

And lets not forget the position of the people who have paid money in good faith to have goods supplied by you. If you cannot do what you promised then you should not have sold the goods in the first place.

As you can tell mate, I am not happy. I paid as soon as the deal was agreed - end of. You should now hold up your end of the bargain.

Attitude is not going to get you anywhere, I suggest you keep your opinions to yourself.

Your money cleared on Friday so why should I send something out before, to be honest I would use choice words but this is a public forum.

I am trying to help a mate out here and this is where I get? Not worth it, what a f**king waste of time.

Attitude? Is attitude asking where the hell my things are one week after you received the money? If so then yes, guilty as charged.

I never asked for you to send before. It has now been seven days since you received the money and, by your own admission, the engine still has not been sent. So go ahead, use all the choice words you want. That will not alter the basic facts.

You have been hanging around your pupils playground too much mate.

Oh please! What are you doing that is helping out eh? You wanted to sell something. I agreed a price. Where does the martyrdom now come into it?

Is this a fight? I love fights!

Come on guys, sort it out. Nobody's in the wrong here. Pointless bickering about payment and receipt of parts. Surely everyone knows that Prof will send the parts without fail and I'm sure theyll be well received.
