Pete
Yesterday I did a trip to Calais for the day with a mate on a booze cruise and went to the usual places. At Auchan we had a great time looking at all the food stuffs - why don't we have food like that here? Anyway, whilst looking over the meat counter I saw cheval burgers, which I couldn't resist buying to try. For the linguistically challenged that's a horse burger. So the dilema is, do I tell her before I cool them up and feed them to her tonight? Or tell her after? [edit] - I can't change the poll - typo on beats instead of beast. CJ
If you do tell her afterwards, make sure there is plenty of distance between you. In saying that, there is not much point really as she is likely to be able to run 5 furlongs in a short space of time anyway

Charlotte
I can't believe she'd eat something without asking what it is. If you think she would?
Ewen
Well my wife would take the news calmly and carry on as if nothing had happened. Around about two months later, she would just slip into a conversation, the fact that she'd cooked me something 'special' a week or so before that. I'd not dare. Pete
The chance of Vicki cooking me anything beyond pasta and sauce is pretty slim so I'm safe. I'm not going to tell her. I'll let you know the reaction later.
