started life as a 94 supra twin turbo j spec version now built and big single using hks forged pistons, conrods and crank (only about 10k ago)

it's had head work too but i know little about it as it was done, have reciept of alot of it's work including the £7800 engine build

hks steel head gasket, arp head studs

new water pump

ngk racing plug heat range 7

 

Big single turbo conversion using the best parts from 2 kits both boost logic parts and greddy parts

Garrett GT4088-special- better known in japan as blowzilla (love that name)Turbo with a 1.06 A/R, T4 style divided inlet flanged turbine housing with 3" V-Band outlet. Has a 4" inlet anti-surge ported compressor housing largest trim available in GT40 family

Compressor:

-Wheel: 88mm w/ 54 trim

Housing Type: 4.00" inlet with anti-surge

 

Turbine:

-Wheel: 77mm w/ 84 trim

-Housing A/R: 1.06 A/R

-Housing Style: Standard T4 divided inlet w/ 3" V-Band outlet

 

-Oil Cooled

Using boost logic oil line return and feed kit with water cool by pass

50mm greddy exturnal wastegate with screemer pipe/dump tube

greddy anti heat coated manifold and heat wrapped also with fensport heat wrap

100mm wide k&n straight off the turbo

 

greddy emanage ultimate ems ecu with greddy 3 bar map sensor

6 speed manual

mobil 1 tri syn motor oil 10w 30

power enterprise mag power 2 oil filter

greddy 1.3 bar oil cap

greddy 1.3 rad cap

Envy chrome hard upper rad pipe

The car needs bigger injectors and the ecu needs to be installed and tuned i can get the ecu put in and tuned from a friend for only £300 and the injectors will cost about £300 for some 800cc

 

Much more can be done to this car but once set up it is good to run around 700-800bhp which the turbo will make and hit the low 10's which i have been told it will run and at a large terminal speed

 

I have to sell fairly quick due to the fact i'm moving in to a bigger house so for a while i need something a little cheaper.......... well much cheaper and i'm sure i'll come back

 

The car will be going on ebay as of tommorrow but i can and will take of at anytime, it will have what i regard as a low reserve which i'll keep quite for now.

haven't got great pictures of engine bay but will put some new ones up tommorrow as those ones were progress pics and are old it now look alot tider and has blue hoses instead of red :) :cool: has been used for music video shoot and set prop for sky t.v show and has won two show trophys.

just kidding mate,great spec and beautiful car .Dont think it will be around long this one.

 

shame you have to sell mate,looks like a lot of time and money have gone in to building it to this stage. good luck with the sale:cool:

I have only the reciepts for the build jake best ask the tuners if your interested grass hopper motorsport (gps) have reciepts and thats good for me bored and uses over sized pistons was told to 3.2 if this is not possible which you may know then it's at a larger cc and thats for sure.

on the stock turbos and running 18's it ran a 13.0@111mph with a huge boot built and full interior with the clutch on it's way out at pod, it's had some good work on it and that for sure it also spools the turbo i have on it at about 600rpm lower than it should and it's untuned so it can be lower and thats talking to titanmotorsport and other u.s tuners i have used that know there stuff.

it's not been run at anything higher than 0.6 by me as it sits as i'm not stupid enough to risk an engine that expensive but at 0.6 it feels f-ing quick it just need a little more money spend on it and it will be a flyer with drags low 10 for sure so i'm told loom at robbie for example :)

 

moneywise with the spec and money spend on this it will run all day long at high power levels and also shouldn't lose much value ever due to the interior, exterior and engine mods, single mods are new as is clutch and flywheel lots of money has been spent.

stock j spec explain in above hence not set up yet and as it was only bpu+ before and only been single for about a month like this, just money wise it needs to go, it runs 100% fine and a ok just needs to be kept below about 0.7 bar as it sits

yes some injectors will be need to run any more than 450bhp which it is crying out for and would have been my next move but it has to go as it is.

OK I only ask as its a very important part of the setup. For the sake of a few hundred quid invested you'll open up your sales base and sell the car alot easier. My tuppence worth. If it upsets you saying this PM me I'll remove it.

i would and also agree with you but as little as it is and at this time of the year and the way things have gone i have little or no money to spend on the car and it needs to go as it is :( will be on ebay as of tommorrow with all of what is said on here and reserve set at the end of the day the buyer only needs about £600 to be spent on it to be the finished article and for that reseason i am willing to let it go for that £600 cheaper .... well infact i'm letting it go at about £1000 cheaper to make up for the fact it is not set up :cool: gutted it has to go :(

The car handles and drives like a dream and has been a pleasure to own and will be greatly missed but needs to go asap :( will be back with a supra in the future i know it.

be very careful mate, GPS went out of business!! they often didnt do the work asked and took parts from cars etc etc i would get it checked before you sell it as a "3.2 using hks parts" as you could be asking for trouble if someone puts bigger injectors in and gets it mapped up at bigger boost and it goes bang!!

 

as others have said for £600 odd quid it would be worth alot more and far more saleable

you sound right, to be honest at the time i bought it jake it was done and i do have reciept it didn't state 3.2 but the guy who owned it before me said it was and had work done to make it a 3.2 prehaps your right so probably 3.1 as this seems the largest it can be taken to on my own research also, it spools the turbo quicker than it should and this is for sure something has been done and the reciepts will show this at least £7800 of engine build wether at 3.2 or not which for me is good.

Im a little uncomfortable with this 'for sale' thread.

 

You say its a 3.2 but its now been shown that it might not be. You say its got a Greddy Emanage Ultimate but then go on to say it needs to be installed and mapped. You say it has the engine and turbo fitted 10,000 miles ago but hasnt been boosted high since then, but then you say its only been single for 1 month and was BPU+ before that (so why was it fully built 10,000 miles ago if running BPU?).

 

The spec list looks impressive but how many of the parts have you seen fitted or are you running from what you have been told in the past and whats on the receipts from GPS?

 

I think you need to clarify exactly what you are 100% certain the car has so that anybody looking to buy it knows what they are getting in to. You should also clarify what needs to be done to make it run right, eg injectors, ECU fitting, ECU mapping etc. Mapping a car 'properly' with that amount of modifications will not be cheap either.

the guy before me rebuilt it to this spec as he was going to go single hence it was done to a non standard spec plain and simple i'm not saying stock engines can't take a single becuase we know they can, the guy spent shed loads of money on this car before me hence why i bought it about a year ago for 16000 but have seen spent about 6k on it myself getting it to a higher spec, singlewise the rest was all done by me, by looking at reciepts and seeing dates you can work out who spent the money and where etc as it has all the history there alone.

 

There would be no reseaon whatsoever for anyone to be scared of this sale it's all in writing and the spec is there plain and simple but yes it does need setting up thats it but i'm prepared to take the equivilant money of the price.
