Guest DaveH
Hello all, I just found your site. It looks very well done. I've had Supras since 1990 or so, I currently own two MKIV's. The red one is the street car, and the black one is the "race" car. Black one is still a work in progress. Both cars are NA-T. Hopefully I can be helpful and learn a bit here too. SupraAyf
aboard Dave. I'm also interested to hear about the spec of the Black Supe too? A fair size turbo eh!! Regards buddy, Andrew
Nic
Welcome to the club Dave, a couple of nice motors you have there That turbo looks hoooog, what are the specs of the 2 cars? I'm sure there'll be a few NA owners here, who'll be interested in the modifications you've made.
Guest DaveH
Thanks for the welcome guys. The red car has a PT72GTQ turbo, AEM ecu, 1000cc injectors, my own intake manifold, dual walbro fuel pumps, a wet nitrous, etc. It's ran a 9.46 @ 143 at the 1/4 mile dragstrip here. The engine is stock except for a thick headgasket and ARP head studs. It made 602 HP on the dynojet. The engine is sort of dirty in this pic: http://www.boostwerx.com/ForSale/engine.JPG The black car isn't running yet, so I haven't put it on the dyno yet. It's got carrillo rods, JE pistons, Crower cam springs and Ti retainers, ported head, my own intake and fuel rail, Weldon fuel pump and regulator, the turbo is a GT4788. I got the car cheap, it was in a accident in the front, so we cut it off and did the front as a tube frame structure. It should be interesting when it's done. http://www.boostwerx.com/blurr/4-23-06A.JPG

JustGav
Rob, I believe you are right and that is the Big Dave H from the US.. The red NA looks very much like his even down to the intake manifolds... Some lovely looking machines, mind you, that black one I'd hardly call a supra anymore *grin*, only original body bits appear to be the dashboard... Welcome aboard.
