MP3's are already compressed files usally around the 30mb mark. JustGav Posted November 30, 2006 Share Posted November 30, 2006 If it is destined for a mobile phone (I've got a Razor V3X), I usually convert it to 8bit 22000 mono And then chop head and tails on it, as well as normalizing the volume. Not much point in going higher format than that IMHO since a mobile phone isn't really crystal clear anyway, and size is the ultimate goal.
