RobSheffield
It's actually quite easy to do on some cars... I've even done it before!
Thorin
I was young and didn't know what I was doing, now I'm old and don't know what I'm doing but I bloody well make sure I find out how if I'm doing any work on the Supra
Matt _Aero top_
Pass, I find it hard to believe that you can put the pads in the "wrong way round" anyway, is that not physically impossible? Anyway, my point is that these places are just as good and trustworthy as any garage, by that I mean there are good and bad ones. I wouldn't just drop in to one, would have to be recommended to me or be someone I know. I hear what ya saying pal .
JohnA
I'm surprised to see how many people would leave a supra to a garage and walk away. I couldn't do that.
JohnC
Have you got a challenger near you ? they did my fiesta rs turbo for me and that was really low . But then again my brother did work for them at the time so they probably tryed that bit hardrer to do it rather than just say fuck it its too hard to do . i'll have a look to see if I can find one, worth a try. Cheers for the advice
DaveK
I actually used a kwik fit to check my brakes on the supra soon after I got it. The local one seemed OK - when I asked them to do it, they told me that they could only do a visual inspection (which I knew) - and they told me that everything was fine - pads were wearing, but nothing needed replacing yet. As people have said - there are good and bad I guess.
JohnA
I had laser alignment done at my local QuikFit, but didn't leave the car out of my sight.
