I've seen that car in the metal at Fuji Speedway and it is absolutely luuuuush:drool: A couple of guys I know have the V-CAM fitted in their R34's and say it really helped to improve the response. Maybe something else for next years shopping list...

RobSheffield
It isnt essential Gaz, and if you have trac system disabled or removed it isnt neccesary.
Jake
if you have trac system disabled or removed it isnt neccesary. If he has the TRAC disabled the throttle won't work.
Alex
It isnt essential Gaz, and if you have trac system disabled or removed it isnt neccesary. n00b It's a VVTi There is only one throttle butterfly and disabling it might cause issues

Sheefa
I don't turn mine off and I'm Auto, Racelogic catches it first anyway before the standard Jap TC.
Nick
Sorry for the late reply, I'm back in Japan now. Glad you're enjoying it Warren, was bloody horrible watching it being driven off but it had to be done. Also good to hear you can get it on the drive! I always turn the factory traction control off out of habit, and that way I know there's no chance of the stock system interfering. Even when I didn't have Racelogic I turned it off as the stock system is so bad. I wouldn't worry about disabling the TRAC myself, it all works fine. If you do find yourself having to drive in the snow, then Snow Mode does help a little, and with RWD and 275 tyres you need all the help you can get! Nick
Nick, Just to clarify, when you say "disabling the TRAC " you are referring to turning it off at the button, right? No, I always thought that disabling the TRAC meant messing around under the bonnet and taking something off so you didn't need to press the button. I always turned it off with the button. Apologies if I'm being a muppet, not really with it, jet lag...
