Gamer i think you'll find in most cases the stretch tyre is so there is no rubbing as the wheels sit out quite a bit. I just assumed that he was aware of the possible fitment issues when the wheels were originally ordered. If it was me I would have taken this into consideration and adjusted the wheels sizes accordingly as I would not have gone for the stretched tyre look. Again this is only my opinion/taste.
