Sheefa
Hi all, Just spoke to Chris and he advised there maybe another problem with my car. I purchased a KOYO Radiator and Martin sent me a Transmission cooler as it doesn't have one built into the aftermarket radiator. I also have a new Greddy 2-row being fitted though which might cause clearance issues. Chris advised the tranny cooler normally sits in front of the Radiator - but there will be little space between that and the FMIC. Has anyone fitted the above with ease? I know the tranny cooler has push style fittings, but wondered if this is going to be a bit of a nightmare to fit, relocating pipes, custom brackets etc and if I should get a stock auto radiator instead? Thanks, Greg
ajazyasin
I fitted my tranny cooler to the back of the FMIC. I bought about 1 metre of extra rubber pipe so I could locate it exactly where i wanted it. The amount of pipe usually supplied in the kit was not enough for me. psymon
Got Koyo Rad fitted, and fitted my tranny cooler underneath my offside headlight, in the side vent of my do-luck front bumper. Works very well, and fitted a fan and sensor too it too. Easy job to do. :d
Sheefa
Thanks guys. No issues ajazyasin in fitting to FMIC? Was it difficult to relocate?
TrickTT
I've fitted mine at the side as well with a custom bracket, but i've got a spal fan between my a/c rad and greddy 2 row fmic with no clearance problem, so i'm sure a little tranny cooler rad will fit. Sheefa
Cheers Rob - seems there's plenty of ways to do it without much fiddling then!

You must really love your cooling stuff Because prevention is much better than have to fix something. Are you going to shift these coolers once your getrag goes in Yes i will, i do also have one with a spal fan that's never been mounted that will go up soon.
