He has a garage that backs onto a garage that we had our Volvo resprayed at. His name is Greg. I have seen his supra, but not stopped in to talk to him. He knows my soop as he saw it before he bought his. Leslie

It was expensive (£100 per wheel) - and when I took one of the wheels off I discovered only the visible part is painted. Everything behind the spokes is grey primer. Apparently this is how it's commonly done - unless you ask for the whole wheel to be done. But I wasn't that impressed!

I usualy ask first and put an extra £20 on depending on condition, sometimes if they need sandblasting it can get expensive but no where near £100 per rim. rovervi
A guy who i know at work had his Type R wheels refurbed by Chips Away and they made a really nice job, dont think it was too expensive either
hodge
The wheels I have are 19" split rims wit the lip polished. They werent in the best condition when I bought the car lots of kirbing ans 1 of the rear ones has a doind on the inside edge which would need heating up and knocking back into shape.
