Just drill the (removable) black plastic rear covers that go behind the fog light bulb, feed the wires from the HID bulbs through, then seal the holes with silicon. ChrisSZ Posted November 22, 2006 Share Posted November 22, 2006 I had them fitted in the fogs with no worries. Yes, you can tape or zip-tie the ballasts together with no ill-effect. If they are placed somewhere where they might get wet I'd certainly look into ensuring they are fully waterproofed (wrap in clingfilm, tape and plastic bags perhaps?) Does enyone have problems with their fog conversion dazzling other motorists or are you only using them when it's foggy? I'd like to have more dipped beam power, but not if I get hassle!
