Class One
I'm going to play Devils Advocate here, but don't flame me. I hope your daughter has learnt from this, that she should take care of her possessions more carefully. Trust no-one and keep your valuables with you at all times. If she had, then the phone wouldn't have got nicked and you wouldn't be having to dig deep. Sorry if it sounds harsh, but we don't live in an ideal world where people have respect for each other or their property.
mr lover
cheers, private party but 100+ people there and probably 20 staff, and door staff, police called earlier and apparently hers was not the only theft that night, couple of purses and another phone, they will let us know. Good advice Doug and I told her basically the same thing, she is gutted as she is very good normally for a 15 year old
Suprash
This is my point exactly in the other thread about someone contacting them behind the forum for a ride in their car, you cant trust anyone these days, because there are too many oppurtunists out there........and while the oppurtunity is there to either be able to riffle through someones bag cause it is left unattended or someone is willing to meet them on their own for a test ride in their 14k car or whatever, this will happen........ Still on the every cloud note, at least she wasnt mugged for it, like a lot of kids these days......
blitz supra
My lad got mugged by a much older teenager The lad has Asbos already and also tried to break in my garage 9 mths earlier to nick my lads Moto x Well cut a long story short, Once his mates brothers and the older lads had finished with him he was handed to the Police on a plate.. they gave him a good beating as well when he tried to resist arrest as they had a warrant out for him already.. for stealing a phone off a 9 yr old girl the previous week Any way said i'd press charges , he still walking the streets and i've heard nothing from the Law and this happened in May... So much for the criminal system aye.. Oh and his phone to replace would be £400.00 ( but i got it in his contract so didn't pay that) but to replace it would cost me £400 so p'd off slightly, hence had to get him a handset off ebay brand new £70.00 + all the hassle with the Phone company new sim card etc etc
