light in the dash, what does it mean?

I changed the antifreeze on the supe and..

 

An orange light has come on in my dashboard, it the shape of a car with lines pointing to the back of the car, could someone please tell me what this means?

 

Also the engine management light comes on intermitently. When this came on today the car started to jerk and try to stall.

 

Also is there any bleeding nipple to bleed the water?
