G9RGE
Might be a silly question but ive seen a set of face lift rear lights on ebay. Before i buy them i need to know if they will be a straight swap or whether i would have to alter the wiring. ive got a uk tt and wondered whether the plugs would be different as mine has fog lights and these dont. For Mot time i would just swap the old ones back over. Cheers.

SUPRA FLY
I replaced my back rear lights on my 94 NA with new face lift ones and had no problem with the wiring. It was a straight fit.
Timwildman
I think a uk harness will need a little bit of work due to the fog light, not major though. Any one a bit handy should be able to do it.
dangerous brain
It will need a little manipulation as the bulbs are all in different places. The two red ones on J-specs are together so you would have to shift wiring about a bit as well as sorting out the fog light thing.

No, facelifts plug straight into the UK despite the reversing lights etc being in a different order. Just plug them in and you'll get twin rear lights/brake lights and the reverse works fine too ( ) The only thing you need to do is sort the fogs later for MOT.
