Consindering these were made in the 1920s and '30s the aminmation is as good as anything today and you really cant beat simple mindless violence. Now: Spongebob I had forgotten about the Cities of Gold. That was a brilliant cartoon. In fact I ended up buying the series of Ebay last year. Its still great now IMO of course.
