Graham S
Right, I do cars not house things! I've been fitting some lights in our kitchen and just got to wire the lights into the transformer and plug it in.. Problem is the transformer came with no plug, and as such, no fuse in it! Is there anyone that can help?? It is a 240v AC input going through to a 12v AC output to the lights, in which there are 8 lights we are using (light package came with 10 lights), so there are 8 12v 10w bulbs. On the transformer is says not to exceed a max of 105vA (for 10x10w lamps). What size fuse would be recommended to use in the plug? Thanks in advance! chilli
10w * 8 = 80w average 240V/80w = 0.3A RMS so the closest is a 3A fuse
